PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk or known as Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which operates to provide telecommunication infrastructure. Mitratel has been working on providing and managing telecommunication towers since 2008. Currently, Mitratel has managed more than 39.000 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. Every cellulcar operators in Indonesia have become tenants by placing their BTS devices in Mitratel towers

Herlan Wijanarko is an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Indonesia. He was appointed as Commissioner at PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi  Tbk since 2020 until now.

Herlan Wijanarko graduated with a bachelor's degree at the Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Electrical Engineering in 1983 and continued his master's degree at the College of Business Management majoring in Business Management in 2001.

Prior to becoming the Commissioner of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi, his professional career began in 2014-2016 as Deputy EGM of the Service Operations Division at PT Telkom Indonesia. Continued, in 2016-2018 as EGM Service Operation Division at PT Telkom Indonesia. Then, he served at PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk as Chief Executive Officer (2018-2020). In addition, Herlan Wijanarko also serves as Director of Network & IT Solutions at PT Telkom

Mira Tayyiba studied undergraduate at the University of Indonesia majoring in Electrical Engineering in 1991 and continued her education at the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) at Northeastern University, Boston USA.

Career before serving as Commissioner of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk, including at the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy as Assistant Deputy for Creative Economy Development (2017-2019), Expert Staff for Economic Relations and Human Development and Culture - Coordinating Ministry for the Economy (2019-2020), Expert Staff for Digital Transformation, Creativity and Human Resources - Coordinating Ministry for the Economy and most recently as Secretary General of the Ministry of Communication and Information.
