Mitratel Integrity Line
Mitratel Integrity Line is a violation reporting system or Whistle Blowing System (WBS) which is an element of internal control at the entity level (entity level control). This system is designed and implemented by the Board of Commissioners to prevent, identify and detect possible criminal acts (fraud) and violations of applicable regulations which may result in losses for the Company. This system provides formal reports for third parties and employees to submit complaints and provides clear and consistent policies and procedures for handling complaints.
In the Mid-Year 2023, WBS Mitratel Group have entered a new phase by opening complaint channels independently into 7 (seven) complaint channels.

Complaints submitted by complainants must be made with a sense of responsibility and not be slanderous in nature, which can defame someone’s good name or reputation.
Types of complaints handled by the Board of Commissioners originating from third parties, Company employees and Mitratel Group employees regarding:
- Issues in accounting and internal control over financial reporting that have the potential to result in material misstatements in the Company’s financial statements;
- Audit issues, especially those related to the independence of the Public Accounting Firm;
- Violation of the laws and regulations of the capital market relating to the Company’s operations;
- Violations of internal regulations that have the potential to cause losses to the Company;
- Fraud and/or abuse of position committed by officials and/or employees within the Mitratel Group;
- All actions of Company officials and/or employees that are involved in money laundering and other suspicious financial transactions that have the potential to violate Anti-Money Laundering and Prevention of Terrorism Financing (APU-PPT) regulations;
- All actions of Company officials and/or employees that lead to terrorism funding schemes and/or all business relationships with individuals or companies who are known or suspected to be terrorists or terrorist/criminal organizations or registered on the black list of APU-PPT regulators or enforcement officials law;
- All actions of Company officials and/or employees that lead to tax evasion or evasion;
- All actions or activities of officials and/or employees of the Company involving individuals or entities subject to economic sanctions, which may potentially violate sanctions and export control policies by taking into account and cross-referencing the principles generally stipulated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC);
- The behavior of the Board of Directors and Management that is not commendable has the potential to tarnish the reputation of the Company or result in losses for the Company. Disrespectful behavior of the Board of Directors and Management includes: being dishonest, having a conflict of interest with the Company, or providing misleading information to the public.
Complaints submitted by complainants must be made with a sense of responsibility and not be slanderous in nature, which can defame someone’s good name or reputation.
To maintain these principles, complaints received and those that will be followed up contain at least:
- information that provides clues regarding the problems reported as described in the types of complaints above, where, when and who was involved in the case;
- Information must be supported by sufficient and reliable evidence as initial data for further investigation.

Protection for Reporters
Mitratel guarantees and ensures that there is protection for the confidentiality of reporters, both employees and third parties who submit complaints or reports of alleged violations. Mitratel always prioritizes confidentiality and the presumption of innocence in following up any complaints or reports submitted.
