Business Ethics Program

In 2023, 537 employees will sign an integrity pact with a commitment to:

• Do not carry out practices that cause a conflict of interest
• Report all gifts from third parties (external)
• Violating anti-money laundering and preventing the financing of terrorism (AAPU-PPT)
• Do not commit tax evasion
• Comply with sanctions and export control provisions
• Doing everything with the principle of justice (fair competition)
• Will not provide confidential information to unauthorized parties
• Willing to be given sanctions if they do not comply with the integrity pact
