Jakarta, March 2026 – PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (“Mitratel”, IDX: MTEL), as the largest telecommunications tower company in Indonesia, has reaffirmed its position as a leading digital infrastructure provider by delivering solid financial and operational performance throughout FY2025. Amid industry dynamics and global market volatility, the Company has successfully maintained profit growth, strong margins, and sustainable business fundamentals.

Throughout 2025, Mitratel recorded revenue of IDR 9.53 trillion, growing 2.4% year-on-year (YoY). This performance continued to be driven by the tower business as its core business, contributing 81.8% to total revenue, reflecting the resilience and recurring nature of the Company’s business model. Meanwhile, the fiber business line continued to demonstrate accelerated growth, contributing 6% to total revenue and recording a significant growth of 18.1% YoY, strengthening Mitratel’s transformation toward an integrated digital infrastructure provider.

In terms of profitability, the Company recorded EBITDA of IDR 7.83 trillion, increasing by 1.8% YoY, with an EBITDA margin remaining high at 82.2%. Net profit reaches IDR 2.12 trillion, growing 0.6% YoY, with a net profit margin of 22.2%. This performance reflects disciplined strategy execution, sustained operational efficiency, and the Company’s ability to maintain a balance between expansion and profitability.

President Director of Mitratel, Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, stated that this achievement underscores the resilience and relevance of the Company’s long-term strategy. “Mitratel continues to demonstrate consistency in maintaining healthy performance with strong profitability, while strengthening the foundation for long-term growth. We continue to execute our strategy in a disciplined manner to optimize the tower business as the core, while accelerating fiber development as a key enabler of the digital ecosystem,” he said.

Furthermore, the Company will continue to strengthen its position as a Next-Generation Tower Company through optimizing asset utilization, increasing colocation, and expanding customer-driven digital infrastructure services.

“We see growing opportunities in line with the increasing demand for national connectivity. Mitratel will continue to expand its capabilities as a strategic partner for operators and digital industry players, delivering infrastructure solutions that are efficient, scalable, and future-ready,” Theodorus added.

From an operational perspective, as of the end of December 2025, Mitratel operated 40,230 towers, growing 2.1% YoY. The number of colocations increased significantly to 22,854, or grew 11.7% YoY, reflecting strong demand for the infrastructure sharing model. Total tenants reached 63,084, with the tenancy ratio increasing to 1.57x, further emphasizing improved asset productivity. Including resellers, total tenants reached 65,734.

In the fiber segment, billable fiber length reached 70,618 km, growing 15.6% YoY, with the billable ratio increasing to 1.23x. This achievement demonstrates the Company’s success in increasing network monetization while strengthening fiber’s role as a new growth engine.

Sepanjang 2025, Mitratel mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp9,53 triliun, tumbuh 2,4% secara tahunan  (YoY).  Kinerja  ini  tetap  didorong  oleh  bisnis  menara  sebagai  core  business  dengan kontribusi  sebesar  81,8%  terhadap  total  pendapatan,  mencerminkan  kekuatan  model  bisnis Perseroan  yang  resilient  dan  recurring.  Sementara  itu,  lini  bisnis  fiber  terus  menunjukkan akselerasi  pertumbuhan  dengan  kontribusi  sebesar  6%  terhadap  total  pendapatan  dan pertumbuhan  signifikan  sebesar  18,1%  YoY,  memperkuat  arah  transformasi  Mitratel  menuju penyedia infrastruktur digital terintegrasi.

Dari  sisi profitabilitas, Perseroan  membukukan EBITDA  sebesar  Rp7,83 triliun, meningkat  1,8% YoY, dengan EBITDA margin yang tetap tinggi di level 82,2%. Dari  sisi  operasional,  hingga  akhir  Desember  2025,  Mitratel  mengoperasikan  40.230  menara, tumbuh 2,1% YoY. Jumlah kolokasi meningkat signifikan menjadi 22.854 atau tumbuh 11,7% YoY, mencerminkan kuatnya demand terhadap model sharing infrastructure. Total tenant mencapai 63.084 dengan rasio tenancy meningkat menjadi 1,57x, mempertegas peningkatan produktivitas aset Perseroan. Secara keseluruhan termasuk reseller, total tenant mencapai 65.734.

Pada  lini  fiber,  panjang  fiber  billable  mencapai  70.618  km  atau  tumbuh  15,6%  YoY,  dengan peningkatan billable ratio menjadi 1,23x. Capaian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan Perseroan dalam meningkatkan  monetisasi  jaringan  sekaligus  memperkuat  peran  fiber  sebagai  growth  engine baru.

Barcelona – PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) and AALTO HAPS Limited (AALTO) have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further strengthen their strategic collaboration in advancing High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) technology and telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. The signing took place on the sidelines of Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona (March, 2nd ), marks an important milestone in reaffirming both parties’ commitment to delivering innovative, reliable, and sustainable connectivity solutions across the country.

Under the MoU, AALTO will serve as the provider of HAPS connectivity services and aircraft operations, covering activities related to the deployment, operation, and management of high-altitude platform-based connectivity solutions. Mitratel, a leading telecommunications tower infrastructure provider and an operating company of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, will support the collaboration through the provision and management of telecommunications tower infrastructure services necessary for the effective implementation of the initiative.

The expanded scope of cooperation includes the execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, the formulation of a structured implementation framework, the identification and assessment of each party’s respective capabilities and potential contributions, as well as the conduct of comprehensive feasibility studies. These studies may encompass business, financial, technical, operational, geographic, commercial, legal, regulatory, and taxation aspects, along with other relevant considerations to ensure prudent planning and execution.

Furthermore, both parties will coordinate and undertake the necessary processes to secure required permits, approvals, and documentation from relevant government authorities and institutions, in full compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.

Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, Chief Executive Officer of Mitratel, emphasized that the collaboration aligns with Mitratel’s commitment to continuously strengthening Indonesia’s national digital infrastructure ecosystem.

“Through this strategic collaboration with AALTO, we aim to develop an integrated synergy model between tower infrastructure and HAPS technology to enhance the quality, coverage, and resilience of telecommunications services in Indonesia. The extension of this Memorandum of Understanding provides a stronger foundation for both parties to undertake comprehensive assessments and prepare a well-measured implementation roadmap in accordance with Good Corporate Governance principles,” he stated in Barcelona on Monday (March 2, 2026).

The collaboration will be carried out with strict adherence to Good Corporate Governance standards and in full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia and relevant jurisdictions.

Separately, Telkom Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio Seno Soemadji said that this collaboration initiative is part of Telkom Group’s strategy to explore future connectivity solutions that complement terrestrial infrastructure.

““This collaboration represents Telkom Group’s long-term strategic intent to architect a futureready, sovereign digital infrastructure for Indonesia. As the digital economy accelerates, resilience and ubiquity of connectivity become matters of national competitiveness. We see HAPS as a potential enabler to expand coverage, strengthen network resilience, and unlock new service models, particularly in challenging and underserved areas. The extension of this MoU provides a structured pathway to ensure that any future implementation is sustainable, well-governed, and aligned with Indonesia’s national digital transformation agenda,” said Seno Soemadji.

Meanwhile, Hughes Boulnois, Chief Executive Officer of AALTO, stated that the strengthening of this collaboration comes amid the growing commercial momentum of Stratospace technology.

With Zephyr’s capability to deliver directto-device connectivity, we can help bridge coverage gaps in Indonesia’s 3T regions while enhancing the resilience of the national network. With the extension of the MoU through October 2027, Mitratel and AALTO are expanding the scope of their collaboration to further evaluate, refine, and realize the potential synergies between HAPS technology and telecommunications infrastructure, as part of their broader efforts to promote equitable connectivity and accelerate Indonesia’s digital transformation.

Penandatanganan MoU ini dilaksanakan di sela -sela ajang Mobile World Congress di Barcelona pada 2 Maret 2026, sebagai tonggak penting dalam menegaskan komitmen kedua pihak untuk menghadirkan solusi konektivitas yang inovatif, andal, dan berkelanjutan di Tanah Air.

Melalui MoU tersebut, AALTO akan berperan sebagai penyedia layanan konektivitas Stratospace dan operasional Stratocraft, yang mencakup aktivitas penempatan, pengoperasian, serta pengelolaan solusi konektivitas berbasis platform ketinggian tinggi (High Altitude Platform System/HAPS). Sementara itu, Mitratel sebagai penyedia infrastruktur menara telekomunikasi terkemuka , yang merupakan operating company PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, akan mendukung kolaborasi ini melalui penyediaan dan pengelolaan layanan infrastru ktur menara yang diperlukan untuk mendukung implementasi inisiatif secara efektif.

Perluasan ruang lingkup kerja sama ini merupakan kelanjutan dari MoU yang telah ditandatangani kedua perusahaan pada tahun 2023. Mitratel terus berkomitmen untuk mendorong inovasi sekaligus mengantisipasi kesiapan teknologi untuk diimplementasikan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka implementasi yang terstruktur, kapabilitas serta potensi kontribusi masing -masing pihak akan dievaluasi secara menyeluruh melalui studi kelayakan yang komprehensif. Studi tersebut mencakup aspek bisnis, finansial, teknis, operasional, geografis, komersial, hukum, regulasi, perpajakan, serta aspek relevan lainnya guna memastikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang prudent.

Selain itu, kedua pihak akan berkoordinasi dan menjalankan proses yang diperlukan untuk memperoleh perizinan, persetujuan, dan dokumentasi dari instansi pemerintah serta lembaga terkait, dengan tetap mematuhi seluruh ketentuan hukum dan peraturan perundang -undangan yang berlaku.

These awards recognize Mitratel’s success in developing and implementing the GFRP Tower Initiative, an innovative telecommunications tower solution made from Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) that has been fully specified, certified, and commercialized. Based on the Company’s latest financial statements, Mitratel recorded solid and stable performance—representing a positive anomaly amid ongoing market volatility. As of the end of the third quarter of 2025, Mitratel posted revenue of IDR 6.88 trillion, reflecting the Company’s strong capability in managing risks related to churn rates and long-term contracts with telecommunications operators.

During the same period, Mitratel also recorded profit for the year amounting to IDR 1.54 trillion, achieving positive year-on-year growth. This performance indicates the Company’s success in driving cost efficiency while minimizing unnecessary operational risks.

The Risk Management award is also highly relevant when viewed from Mitratel’s capital structure. As of the third quarter of 2025, the Company’s total assets reached IDR 58.05 trillion, supported by a healthy funding structure. In addition, Mitratel has maintained a prudent approach to debt management. The Company’s long-term borrowings stood at IDR 14.78 trillion, while its Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) remained at a very safe level compared to industry averages and consistently well maintained.

A well-managed debt maturity profile has enabled Mitratel to mitigate liquidity risk and interest rate risk—two key considerations commonly used as benchmarks in assessing infrastructure companies.

Per kuartal III-2025, total aset Mitratel mencapai Rp 58,05 triliun yang turut diimbangi dengan struktur pendanaan yang sehat. Dalam hal ini, Mitratel mencatatkan ekuitas sebesar Rp 32,86 triliun atau angka yang sangat tebal untuk menopang bisnis.

Selain itu, Mitratel juga sangat berhati-hati dalam memanajemen utang. Pinjaman jangka panjang Mitratel tercatat sebesar Rp 14,78 triliun. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Mitratel juga berada di level yang sangat aman dibandingkan rata-rata industri serta terjaga di level yang sangat konsisten.

Lantas, profil jatuh tempo utang yang terkelola dengan baik menghindarkan Mitratel dari risiko likuiditas (liquidity risk) dan risiko suku bunga (interest rate risk) yang sering menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan infrastruktur.
