
In preparation for Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019, Mitratel has established a NARU Command Post. The 2018 Mitratel Command Post encompasses 3 objectives, namely Mitratel Excellent Service, Mitratel Biz, and Mitratel Simpatik. This year, a total of 12 Command Posts have been set up, involving approximately 1,377 personnel spread across Indonesia. The NARU Mitratel Command Post will operate from December 21, 2018, to January 2, 2019. President Director Herlan Wijanarko stated that this program is a regular program conducted by Mitratel during Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year periods. Mitratel remains resolute in its commitment to contributing to the availability of telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. Furthermore, Mitratel Directors also visited NARU Command Posts located in area offices throughout Indonesia to provide encouragement to post officers and ensure smooth service operations during the Christmas and New Year holidays. During the visit, the Board of Directors also helped as Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to the local communities or public facilities, especially those in vicinity to Mitratel sites. “We hope that this assistance will be beneficial and bring blessings to the local community,” said Herlan during his visit to the Thank You Eternal Orphanage in Medan, North Sumatra. Business Director Rakhmad T. Afifuddin carried out site visits and aided in Sumenep, Madura. Meanwhile, the Director of Operations & Development, Teddy Hartoko, visited the Yauma Panti which is located at the State Printing House in Central Jakarta. This gesture signifies the company’s gratitude for its performance achievements during 2018. Mitratel officially concluded the 2018 NARU Command Post, Thursday (1/3). The success of implementing the NARU Command Post is attributed to the entire team. Thanks to the support of post and area colleagues, every hurdle encountered during the New Year holiday was effectively addressed. Teddy Hartoko highlighted the significance of maintaining services even though the NARU Command Post has ended. Gratitude and appreciation were also expressed to colleagues who had fulfilled their duties well. It is hoped that this activity will be a driving force maintaining the quality of service for Mitratel customers and making a positive contribution to the community.
