Jakarta, February 12, 2019 – Mitratel has begun auditing conducted by the SGS Indonesia Auditor Team for ISO 9001:2015 certification. President Director Herlan Wijanarko officially kicked off the ISO 9001:2015 Audit which was attended by SGS Indonesia Auditors Tri Tenoyo and Citra Ananda, along with the entire Board of Directors and Mitratel Senior Leaders (2/12). The audit took place for 4 (four) days, from February 12 to 15, 2019, at the Jakarta Head Office and visits to Kalimantan Regional and Balinusra Regional. During his presentation, Herlan provided an overview of Mitratel, including its quality policy, business processes, and management contracts. “We need ISO to be a framework for improving and optimizing the effectiveness of processes, to maintain and elevate compliance standards. ISO has aspects to enhance customer trust and company’s competitiveness,” said Herlan. ISO Audit will manage 78 procedures. It marks a significant increase from the 48 procedures managed previously in 2014. This increase gives Mitratel more confidence to provide international standard services. The management and all Mitratel employees are determined to provide high quality services and infrastructure, to meet customer expectations by implementing ISO 9001:2015. This commitment is reflected in Mitratel’s quality policy, as outlined in the quality manual. “Hopefully this audit will run smoothly,” said Herlan.
