
Jakarta, 16 December 2022 – PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. (MTEL) announced that the Commissioners, Directors, and employees of MTEL have employed their option rights in the Management and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (MESOP) phase-I program, totaling 23,841,500 shares. The purchase price for MESOP MTEL shares in phase I is IDR 720 per share.
The MESOP MTEL program operates adhering to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 14/P0JK.04/2019, concerning amendments to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 32/P0JK.04/2015 regarding the augmentation of Public Company Capital by providing pre-emptive rights. Meanwhile, price determination is based on the Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00101/BEI/12-2021, addressing amendments to Regulation Number I-A concerning the listing of shares and equity securities other than shares issued by listed companies.
The implementation of MESOP MTEL program phase I took place from November 1, 2022 to December 12, 2022, with the authorization for pre-listing of supplementary shares for the MESOP MTEL phase I implementation on February 18, 2022.
The realization of MESOP MTEL program phase I does not significantly dilute the shareholders’ ownership in the company. The total number of MTEL MESOP shares phase I allocated to management and employees is 0.028% of the total number of shares.
