It aims to enhance Mitratel’s prospects of becoming a leading Digital Tower Infraco in the APAC market. This series of recruitment processes entails several stages of selection, including administrative selection, user interviews, psychological tests, health tests, mental guidance, and project assignments after onboarding, ensuring that candidates meet the prerequisite criteria. Most applicants come from reputable state and private universities with high accreditation. Following a thorough selection, 11 candidates successfully advanced through the final stage. Apart from that, Teddy added that the selected candidates will play a crucial role in advancing the company to realize its vision and mission. Embarking a new journey into the workforce, the company has prepared various development and career planning programs that will help them adapt to the company’s culture.
