PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) menyelenggarakan Webinar Telco Technology Update dengan tema “Expanding Business Opportunities and Facing the Challenges in the 5G Era”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan tanggal 26 Maret 2021. Webinar yang mengupas tentang potensi tower provider menuju Era Teknologi 5G tersebut diisi oleh para professional di bidang teknologi komunikasi diantaranya Dirjen Sumber Daya Perangkat Pos dan Informatika Kementerian Kominfo RI Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T sebagai keynote speaker. Acara ini juga mengundang pembicara seperti VP Technology Strategy Telkomsel Indra Mardiatna, EGM Planning & Deployment Telkom Indonesia Lukman Hakim Abdul Rauf, dan Marketing Director of Wireless MSSD Huawei Jack Lee Chien Chou. Berbagai langkah strategis telah dilakukan Mitratel untuk terus memperkuat bisnis menara telekomunikasi. Hal ini dilakukan dalam upaya meningkatkan value creation bisnis tower dan memastikan ketersediaan infrastruktur jaringan yang berkualitas. Direktur Utama Mitratel Theodorus Ardi Hartoko (Teddy Hartoko) menyampaikan bahwa Mitratel akan tetap agresif dalam memacu pertumbuhan Perusahaan baik secara organic maupun inorganic serta memacu perbaikan fundamental bisnis dengan peningkatan performansi keuangan dan perbaikan internal proses. Saat ini Mitratel memiliki lebih dari 22.000 menara telekomunikasi yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. “Ke depan Mitratel akan bertransformasi dari tower business menuju digital infrastructure company dengan salah satu prioritas strategi bisnis yaitu tetap agresif memacu pertumbuhan perusahan dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi menuju era 5G” ungkap Teddy Hartoko. Memacu pertumbuhan alat produksi bukan hanya mengenai jumlah tower, namun juga mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam melakukan investasi. Hal ini agar semua strategi dan kebijakan yang dilakukan tetap compliance dengan aturan dan rencana jangka Panjang Perusahaan. “Mitratel masih akan terus melakukan ekspansi untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas jaringan dan memperluas jangkauan layanannya, terlebih menghadapi pengembangan teknologi 5G yang akan segera diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Mitratel is Ready for the 5G Era by Remaining Aggressive in Driving Growth
PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) held a Telco Technology Update Webinar with the theme “Expanding Business Opportunities and Facing the Challenges in the 56 Era”. This activity was held on March 26, 2021. The webinar which discussed the potential of tower providers towards the 5G Technology Era was attended by participants professionals in the field of communication technology including the Director General of Postal and Information Equipment Resources, Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T as the keynote speaker. This event also invited speakers such as VP Technology Strategy Telkomsel Indra Mardiatna, EGM Planning & Deployment Telkom Indonesia Lukman Hakim Abdul Rauf, and Marketing Director of Wireless MSSD Huawei Jack Lee Chien Chou. Mitratel has taken various strategic steps to continue to strengthen its telecommunications tower business. This is done to increase value creation in the tower business and ensure the availability of quality network infrastructure. Mitratel President Director Theodorus Ardi Hartoko (Teddy Hartoko) said that Mitratel will remain aggressive in spurring the Company’s growth both organically and inorganically as well as spurring improvements in business fundamentals by increasing financial performance and improving internal processes. Currently Mitratel has more than 22,000 telecommunications towers spread throughout Indonesia. “In the future, Mitratel will transform from a tower business to a digital infrastructure company with one of the business strategy priorities being to remain aggressive in spurring company growth and adapting to technological developments towards the 5G era,” said Teddy Hartoko. Spurring the growth of production equipment is not only about the number of towers, but also prioritizing the principle of prudence in making investments. This is so that all strategies and policies implemented remain in compliance with the Company’s long-term rules and plans. “Mitratel will continue to expand to support improving network quality and expanding the range of its services, especially facing the development of 5G technology which will soon be implemented in Indonesia. “Thus, it is hoped that Mitratel as one of the telecommunications tower providers can take an important role in developing infrastructure that supports faster data connectivity, including network fiberization on telecommunications towers,” explained Teddy further.
Tingkatkan Efisiensi, Mitratel Alihkan Bisnis Managed Service ke Persada Sokka Tama
PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) terus melakukan penataan portofolio untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi bisnis operasional. Salah satu terobosan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memindahkan pengelolaan bisnis Managed Service Mitratel ke PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST). Pada tanggal 3 Februari 2021 lalu, Mitratel baru saja menyelesaikan akuisisi terhadap PST dengan menandatangani perjanjian akta jual beli sisa saham sebanyak 5% dari pemilik sebelumnya, sehingga saat ini Mitratel memiliki 100% saham di PST. Direktur Utama Mitratel Theodorus Ardi Hartoko mengatakan bahwa pemindahan portofolio bisnis managed service ke PST dapat meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan dan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan terutama untuk fokus dalam peningkatan kompetensi dan pengembangan market. Hal ini disampaikannya pada saat melakukan Kick Off Pengawalan Operasional Managed Service dari Mitratel ke PST pada Rabu (10/2) di Kantor PST Kayuringin Jaya, Bekasi. Managed Service merupakan layanan one stop solution terkait dengan menara telekomunikasi yang meliputi Fiber Optic Solution, Service Solution, Mobile Solution, dan Mechanical Electrical Solution.
Enhance Efficiency, Mitratel Transferred Its Managed Service Business to PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST)
Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) continues its strategic portfolio reorganization to enhance competitiveness and operational business efficiency. One of the breakthroughs made was the transfer of Mitratel’s Managed Service business management to PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST).
On February 3 ,2021, Mitratel finalized the acquisition of PST, signing a sale and purchase agreement for the remaining 5% shares from the previous owner. This transaction has positioned Mitratel as the sole proprietor, owning 100% shares in PST.
The President Director of Mitratel, Theodorus Ardi Hartoko stated that the transfer of managed service business portfolio to PST will lead to improved customer service and positively influences company performance. The focus will particularly be on enhancing competence and market development.
These insights were conveyed during the Kickoff of Managed Operational Escort Service from Mitratel to PST on Wednesday (2/10) at the PST Kayuringin Jaya Office, Bekasi.
Managed Service is a one stop solution service for towers telecommunications encompassing Fiber Optic Solution, Service Solution, Mobile Solution, and Mechanical Electrical Solution.
Mitratel Resmi Akuisisi 100% saham Persada Sokka Tama
PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) telah melakukan Penandatanganan Perjanjian AktaJual Beli Saham dengan PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST) sebanyak 5%. Acara yang diselenggarakan di Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta tersebut dihadiri oleh Direktur Utama Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, Direktur Utama PersadaSokka Tama Firman Hidayat, dan pemilik 5% saham Rahina Dewayani. Dengan ditandatanganinya perjanjian ini,Mitratel akhirnya mengakuisisi seluruh saham perusahaan menara tersebut. “Akuisisi ini dilakukan sesuai target Akta Jual Beli Saham maret 2019 lalu, bahwa Mitratel akan membeli sisa saham PSTsenilai 5% dan menjadi pemegang saham seutuhnya 100%”. Tentunya hal ini akan memberikan keuntungan yangsangat besar bagi kami karena kami akan semakin lincah dan agresif untuk masuk ke berbagai segmen bisnis Menara Telekomunikasi yang ujungnya adalah peningkatan skala bisnis yang signifikan. Mitratel Officially Acquired 100% of Persada Sokka Tama’s Shares
Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) has finalized a Share Sale and Purchase Deed Agreement with PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST) as much as 5%. The ceremony took place at Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta, and was attended by President Director Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, President Director of Persada Sokka Tama Firman Hidayat, and Rahina Dewayani, the owner of 5% shares. With this agreement, Mitratel now holds full ownership of the shares of the tower company. “This acquisition aligns with the objectives of the Share Sale and Purchase Deed last March 2019, that Mitratel committed to purchasing the remaining shares of PST worth 5%; thereby becoming a sole shareholder. The acquisition of PST is anticipated to enhance operational business efficiency and strengthen Mitratel’s Telecommunication Tower portfolio, in line with the company’s plans for tower business expansion. Mamuju, 18 Januari 2021. Gempa bumi dengan magnitude 6,2 SR mengguncang Majene dan Mamuju pada tanggal 15 Januari 2021. Atas kejadian tersebut, Mitratel Area 4 mengirimkan bantuan logistik ke lokasi gempa.
