Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) has finalized a Share Sale and Purchase Deed Agreement with PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST) as much as 5%. The ceremony took place at Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta, and was attended by President Director Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, President Director of Persada Sokka Tama Firman Hidayat, and Rahina Dewayani, the owner of 5% shares.
