As an Independent Tower Provider, Mitratel will continue to aggressively monetize its assets through orders from all MNOs as their network expands, including outside Java. The upsurge in colocation demand from MNOs will certainly influence the growth of the Tenancy Ratio which in turn elevates the company’s profitability.
As of the Q3-2022, Mitratel possesses over 35 thousand telecommunications towers distributed across all cities and districts in Indonesia. These towers are distributed with 42% located on the island of Java and 58% located outside the island of Java, bolstering Mitratel’s presence as the most powerful owner of telecommunications towers in Southeast Asia.
In the future, Mitratel and IOH are committed to continuing to support each other’s business and service development through several collaborations following this tower sale and purchase agreement.
