
Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) continues its strategic portfolio reorganization to enhance competitiveness and operational business efficiency. One of the breakthroughs made was the transfer of Mitratel’s Managed Service business management to PT. Persada Sokka Tama (PST).
On February 3 ,2021, Mitratel finalized the acquisition of PST, signing a sale and purchase agreement for the remaining 5% shares from the previous owner. This transaction has positioned Mitratel as the sole proprietor, owning 100% shares in PST.
The President Director of Mitratel, Theodorus Ardi Hartoko stated that the transfer of managed service business portfolio to PST will lead to improved customer service and positively influences company performance. The focus will particularly be on enhancing competence and market development.
These insights were conveyed during the Kickoff of Managed Operational Escort Service from Mitratel to PST on Wednesday (2/10) at the PST Kayuringin Jaya Office, Bekasi.
Managed Service is a one stop solution service for towers telecommunications encompassing Fiber Optic Solution, Service Solution, Mobile Solution, and Mechanical Electrical Solution.
